Dear Kan-ed Members,
 
I am happy to announce that effective May 20th, I have accepted the position as the new permanent Kan-ed Executive Director.  I will also continue to serve as the Chief Information Officer for the Kansas Board of Regents.
 
Additionally, Jerry Huff will serve as my Director of Operations, overseeing both financial and technical operations for Kan-ed.
 
I look forward to working with you in the coming years, and will be publishing a "Vision" document on the Kan-ed website at www.kan-ed.org very soon.  It will give you a feeling for what I believe Kan-ed can and should be.  Our potential is yet to be realized and maximized!  I will also send an update to the membership on current Kan-ed activities in the next week.
