[Library_members] SCKLS Relocation Update

The South Central Kansas Library System will be moving to our new training facility and offices during the week of Monday, March 21 through Friday, March 17, 2005.  While SCKLS is moving, our staff won’t be able to answer their phones as usual.  Instead, if you call using our toll free number—800-234-0529--you will need to leave a voice message and staff will return your call as soon as possible. 
 
If you anticipate needing to speak directly and immediately to any SCKLS staff next week, please let us know as soon as possible.  Staff will also be checking their e-mail as they have time during the move.
 
After Monday, March 28 we expect all of our staff to be settled again and be more readily available to answer phone calls.  You will still be able to contact SCKLS staff by calling 800-234-0529 and their extension.  If you need to reach the Talking Books Service, the new toll free number is 1-866-601-1100.
 
Effective immediately our new mailing address is:

South Hutchinson, KS  67505

Correspondence to the Talking Book Service should continue to be mailed to 901 North Main Street, Hutchinson, KS  67501.  
 
We appreciate your consideration during our move the week of March 21 through March 25. If you have the opportunity, please feel free to visit the new SCKLS training facility and offices in the near future.
