[Library_members] Kan-ed libary connectivity subsidies will be offered in March, 2007

A recent message sent by Chrisy Madden, Membership Services Coordinator for Kan-ed, regarding the Kan-ed grants program (see below) has caused some confusion about Kan-ed library connectivity subsidies.

According to Jerry Huff, Kan-ed Director of Business Operations & Planning, "The availability of grant funds does not effect the funding of the subsidy for libraries in FY07.  The subsidy for libraries is tentatively scheduled to occur in March of 2007."
