[Library_members] Learn how to write a fundable grant proposal

The National Network of Libraries of Medicine (MidContinental Region) is sponsoring a free grant writing class on April 24, 2007 from  8:30 am – 4 p.m. at Carondelet Health St. Joseph Medical Center, Kansas  City MO.  
 
The instructors will take you through the process of growing your  idea, budgeting, clearly describing your intent, and submitting the  proposal. The full-day workshop will concentrate on funding opportunities available from the NN/LM MCR and the National Library of Medicine which can be viewed at: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/ep/ 
 
The instructors are J. Randal Johnson, Ph.D., and Claire Hamasu,  NN/LM MCR Associate Director.  Registration is free. Class limit is  20.  Additional information on  the workshop will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration.
